Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Cardiff. Our client is a construction contractor that specialises in Internal & External works of various construction projects across South Wales. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with the project team to place subcontract orders Ensure all payments are made in a timely manner Ensure all contractual agreements are in place and produced to appropriate contractors. Prepare cost value and cost forecasts reports for month review Ensure all final accounts are submitted on time. Skills: BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying, or in progress.
