You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee cost control and commercial management for the project, from inception to completion. Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and variations. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry regulations and standards. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with the project management team to optimize project costs and enhance profitability. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably in residential construction. Strong expertise in reinforced concrete frame structures is essential. Excellent knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS). Why Join Us?
