The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a renowned International Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia. The Leeds office is home to a team of 20 professionals delivering exciting projects across a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential. You'll enjoy a hybrid working model, spending three days a week in the office and the remainder working from home. Your role will involve not only delivering high-value projects but also supporting, managing, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying) MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support achieving Chartership Strong Pre and Post Contract experience Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy A valid UK driving license A successful track record running projects from inception to completionIn Return?
