Quantity Surveyor Location: Oxford Salary: Circa £55,000 Package Company Type: Tier 2 Contractor Project Values: £1m - £20m This is an excellent opportunity for you to work on a variety of projects ranging in value from £1m to £20m across multiple sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting. You will liaise closely with the project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards. Your role will involve conducting regular site visits, assessing variations, managing subcontractor accounts, and preparing final accounts. You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a Tier 2 contracting environment, with strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. A thorough understanding of construction contracts and cost management processes is essential.
