If you are an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor keen to run a large, highly prestigious scheme within a business offering rapid progression to Managing Surveyor and beyond then read on. Role They would like you to take a lead role on a £100m commercial fit out scheme in central London. You will be taking full day to day commercial management control of the project, will be site based and have a team of 5 reporting into you. Project This is a flagship CAT B scheme with some amazing designs and finishes at least equivalent to a 5/6 star hotel, projects like this don't come around very often and it will be widely watched and admired by the industry. Our client has an excellent supply chain built over years and one they collaborate effectively with at the earliest stages, you will be set up for success with a strong project team around you. They anticipate you stepping into a managing surveyor role quickly and having delivered this flagship scheme successfully you will be in pole position step into a ops director role.
