Are you looking for the opportunity to join a global FM company as a Project Manager on a 6-month contract to permanent basis? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Job Description of the Project Manager: You will be required to manage a large team covering several projects based out of Reading. You will have the option to work on a hybrid basis (50% home based, 50% site based). You will be expected to visit and manage the sites along with your direct reports. Deliver projects on time to a high-quality standard Liaising with your programme manager Liaising with site managers across various projects Meeting with clients & contractors on a regular basis to manage the programme of works Project value 20-25 million Reactive works Office fit outs CAT B Project reports Health and safety Quality control Managing project budgets Qualifications required for the Project Manager: SMSTS First Aid The following experience would be desirable of the Project Manager: Managing multiple contracts/ projects simultaneously FM background Fit out experience within offices (CAT B would be ideal) Previous government projects Location: Reading, UK Start date: January 2025 Pay rate: Open to negotiation Interview process: MS Teams 1st stage, face to face 2nd stage If you are interested in this role as a Project Manager then please click below
