Quantity Surveyor – Cleanroom Division Location: Avonmouth Salary: £45,000 Package Company Type: Specialist Contractor Contract Type: NEC 4 Option E Walker & Sloan is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join the Cleanroom division of a specialist contractor based in Avonmouth. This role will initially focus on a single large NEC 4 Option E contract, with the opportunity to expand into managing multiple projects within the division over time. In this role, you’ll handle cost control, valuations, and subcontractor management to ensure financial efficiency and successful project delivery. While primarily office-based to start, the role will involve regular site visits as the project progresses. This position requires 3-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with contracting or subcontracting expertise. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts is essential.
