With more than two decades in business and hundreds of completed projects around the globe, a renowned interior design studio celebrated for its innovative and bespoke designs is seeking a skilled Interiors CAD Technician to join their talented, collaborative team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for precision, and a strong command of Vectorworks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Interiors CAD Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of exceptional design projects. Working closely with designers and project managers, you will produce highly detailed design drawings and technical construction packages that bring creative concepts to life. Your work will support the seamless execution of high end, one of a kind residential and commercial projects, ensuring every design meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using Vectorworks. Collaborate with interior designers to develop and refine design concepts. Ensure all drawings comply with design specifications, building regulations, and industry standards. Assist in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project delivery. Maintain organised project documentation and ensure updates are implemented promptly. Key Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar CAD Technician / interior architecture biased role within an interiors or architectural studio. Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential. Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and design detailing. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with high end, bespoke residential and commercial interior projects is highly desirable.
