A well established construction company who specialise in the delivery of new build Social Housing schemes throughout the North West are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to deliver a project in Wrexham consisting of timber framed houses. Duties to include: Effectively manage the project from site set up through to completion. Supervise all direct staff and sub-contractors to ensure they deliver quality workmanship Produce and maintain accurate site records. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures Resolve issues on site in a timely manner Develop and maintain good working relationships with client and supply chainYou will need to have a track record of successfully delivering new build residential projects for Contractors. Experience of timber frame houses is also desirable. You will possess strong communication skills, be organised, methodical and be able to motivate and influence your team.
