The successful applicant will need to establish credibility with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and have the required strategic, planning and performance skills to support the delivery of the Projects. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a track record of success in delivering successful construction projects within complex environments. Experience You will need to demonstrate sound and recent Construction Procurement experience You will have recent and relevant Public Sector Procurement experience Previous experience gained with the NHS is highly desirable You will demonstrate deep commercial contract management experience relating to Construction Projects This is an urgent requirement.
