Site Manager ASAP start We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of a construction project in Newquay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget. We are looking for a start ASAP. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site. Requirements: SMSTS certification.
