Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a Principal Contractor based in South Wales. The successful candidate will be working on new build construction projects across South Wales. Key Responsibilities: Review of internal budgets and risk management Preparation of sub-contract documentation Management of sub-contractor/sub-consultant packages on site Evaluating design changes and appraisal of options Assessment of sub-contractor/sub-consultant variations Certification of sub-contractor/sub-consultant applications for payment Negotiation of sub-contractor/sub-consultant final accounts Submission of monthly internal reports Client applications Contract administration Advise on contractual issues Ensure commercial compliance of current contracts, protecting the position of the company This position is a permanent contact that offers a competitive salary, car allowance, holiday entitlement & matched pension contributions.
