A renowned construction and property consultancy, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, is seeking to expand its dynamic Birmingham-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the firm, work directly with clients, and make a significant impact. The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role The appointed Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects such as residential, commercial office, education, hotel, leisure, and retail schemes, and will be a key support to a partner in the firm. With three days in the office in Birmingham and a hybrid work schedule the remainder of the week, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee projects in a client-facing role while being assisted by a group of junior surveyors. This position offers great potential for long-term growth, business expansion, and networking. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing a variety of projects Providing expert advice and support to clients Mentoring and developing junior surveyors Engaging in business development and networking opportunitiesThe Associate Quantity Surveyor The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be committed to making a difference in a vibrant, expanding consultancy. Someone who wants to be a team leader and be essential to the growth of the Quantity Surveying team and the work in the area.
