Position: Town Planner Location: Surrey, Reigate Role Type: Permanent Do you want to join a leading and rapidly growing development consultancy who specialise in bespoke planning, development and design? My client source, design and develop bespoke care and residential properties nationwide. With a portfolio that includes small-scale residential, commercial, and care homes, you will have exposure to a wide range of projects within a friendly, collaborative and busy team. With an in-house architecture and planning team, you will get the chance to work closely on a range of projects in it's full life-cycle. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and the community. Support senior planners with project management and planning strategies. Stay updated on planning policies, regulations, and best practices. Prepare reports, plans, and other documentation for planning proposals. What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. At least 1 years' experience in either a consultancy, developer or local authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
