Our client is a boutique building consultancy with an experienced and specialist team. Having had an already successful start they are in growth mode again and currently looking for a commercially minded building surveyor currently operating at associate or senior level. Our client works with landlords and developers primarily with a London centric and South East focus. To be considered you must be a chartered MRICS building surveyor with a passion for either technical due diligence, dilapidations and project monitoring work. You will have a hands on attitude and want to work with a business where everyone gets involved and has a "one team" mentality.
