We are currently working with one of the largest Construction companies in the UK recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor permanently to support the business's growth. Qualifications Relevant professional Quantity Surveying qualification and/or five years of management experience within the construction industry. Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day commercial and contract activities. Preparation of interim and final accounts. Subcontract procurement maximizing value for money . Working knowledge of NEC 3 and JCT conditions of Contract. Contractual correspondence. Commerical reporting. Ability to undertake site measures when required. Work logically and laterally. Key Skill requirements Sub Contract procurement Contract preparation Collaborative working Project Co-ordination Good knowledge of construction
