Then we have a role for you Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Worthing, UK Start date: ASAP Job type: Permanent Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Car Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor, delivering high-quality residential projects in Worthing. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in a prestigious development, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: Managing all cost aspects of the project, from initial estimates to final accounts. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Evaluating and managing subcontractor accounts and variations. Ensuring effective cost control throughout the project. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely delivery.Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector, preferably with residential projects within the contracting sector. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, and project management. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
