The role of an Quantity Surveyor is of utmost importance as the individuals are responsible for conducting take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, creating cost plans, and submitting tenders for various clients such as sub-contractors, developers, and private clients. Having previous experience in an residential surveying role and being familiar with industry standards will be advantageous. Responsibilities: Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts Coordination of work effort Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues Valuing completed work and arranging for payments Offered in Return: 1.
