Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist - Residential London £38,000 to £48,000 We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning AJ100 firm based in London, celebrated for its innovative approach to architecture and design. Work as a key player in the team shaping mid-high rise residential and educational projects for one of the top design firms in London. This role is ideal for a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist with a background in residential design, who is confident using ArchiCAD and/or Revit and delivering high-quality designs at RIBA Stages 4 and 5. Package: Salary: £38,000 to £48,000 Hybrid working Professional development opportunities Pension scheme Benefits package Office: Location: London Hours: 8:30-5:00 Duties: Lead mid and high-rise residential projects from RIBA Stage 4 through Stage 5 with minimal supervision. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in London to ensure project success. Develop technical designs and construction details for high-profile projects. Drive quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Provide mentorship and leadership for junior team members in the London office. Use Revit and/or ArchiCAD to create CAD drawings. Requirements: Strong experience as an Architect or Architectural Technologist with residential and/or educational projects. Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit. Hands-on expertise in technical design and delivery at RIBA Stages 4 and 5. Proven ability to independently lead projects to completion. High-level 3D modelling skills and attention to detail
