Job title: M&E Quantity Surveyor Salary: £40,000 – 50,000 per annum DOE Location: Leeds O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background working with M&E. Our client is one of the leading construction companies in the UK specialising in Fit-Out & Refurb and are looking to on-board a permanent quantity surveyor to initially be based on the refurbishment and Fit-Out of a large commercial building. As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. A key part of the role will be to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project, helping it to stay on track. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: Prior experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor.
