Are you looking for a role as a no1. Site Manager in Kent? Do you have a background in construction, ideally refurbishement/fitout and newbuild projects? Role - Site Manager No1. Location - Kent Salary - £50k - £65k I am looking for a Site manager for a established contractor for a project in Kent, ideally you'll have experience working on projects up to the value of £3m for a new build exstension project. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all works are undertaken within a safe manner Manage, supervise and mentor the site team Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated throughout the projects duration Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated Prepare progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements Manage subcontractors and materials Manage Labour and site inductionsKey Attributes: Having a strong background of working within the build industry CSCS site manager qualified First Aid Valid Full UK Driving LIcence Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role please update and submit your CV today Randstad Construction Property Engineering is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
