Job Description An exciting opportunity for a QS to join a North East Based company working nationally who are dedicated to solving clients' construction problems. Operating across multiple construction sectors, including healthcare, hotels, commercial, leisure, and residential they are looking to add a QS to the team with expertise in cost estimation to help the team deliver precise cost and timeline estimates. Role Description Full-time roles at a new Darlington HQ. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll handle cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and Cost Management Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting Experience in quantity surveying Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organisational skills While qualifications are essential, passion for the work and a desire to to grow within the company are highly valued. Salary £50000-£70000 DOE Package
