Project Manager Belfast £70,000 -£75,000 Monday Friday Benefits Bonus Paid Holidays Pension Company Car and Fuel Card Laptop and Phone Duties Overseeing the refurbishment of a 30,000 square foot office building in Belfast, set to begin within the next two months Additional commercial projects are scheduled to follow upon completion of the current project. Track project progress according to the schedule and deliver regular updates to management. Collaborate closely with the design and procurement teams. Ensure top-quality standards are maintained throughout the project. Promptly address and resolve daily issues to keep the project on track. Enforce compliance with health and safety protocols. Manage and control costs to ensure they remain within budget.
