Benefits: Outside IR35 Long term contract Walking distance from Waverly Train Station First Task Professional are currently working with a fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to undertake a site based role in Edinburgh City Centre on a high value refurbishment project until Summer 2025. Experience working on refurbishment projects valued >£5m would be preferential.
