Please see new freelance Site Manager role below. £300 - £320 Per Day Basingstoke 10 Months Start Date: Middle of February 2025 One of our established clients are currently looking for a Number 1 Site Manager to oversee and run a £6 million-pound new build industrial unit job from the first phase to the final stage of handover. The right person will have experience building industrial units from the ground up, overseeing tradesmen, abiding by health and safety, and driving the job forward. The right candidate's main responsibilities will include: - Overseeing subbies - Liaising with client - Ensuring the project is on track - Work completed to a high standard - Ensure health and safety protocol is followed The right candidate will have the following: - CSCS Card - SMSTS Certificate - First Aid at Work We are looking for the right person to start the Middle of February, however we will be looking to do teams calls the first week of January.
