Registered Valuer looking for an Interim position this side of Christmas? Enjoy being hands on and getting stuck in? My Local Authority Client are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor / Valuations Surveyor to join their team. Working arrangements will be hybrid , with 2/3 days a week in office, and the remainder being from the comfort of your own home. The role will involve working on the councils Asset Valuations and Right to Buy Valuations , along with the General Day-to-Day Estates Management , with a focus on Valuations as the Team Leader is currently the only Registered Valuer in the current team. Must be MRICS and a Registered Valuer . Daily rate: £400 p/d (inside IR35) Contract Length: 3-6 months My client is looking to interview and have this role start in December, so that they are set up and ready to go for the new year.
