Job title: Asset Surveyor Location: Home working (with occasional office meetings) Salary: £38,000-£42,000 I am on the lookout for an Asset Surveyor to join a leading consultancy working on their Stock Condition programmes they have across the country. You will be responsible for the day to day running of these contracts as well as aiding across the organisation as required. Responsibilities of the Asset Surveyor: Setting up, attending and chairing meetings as required Minuting meetings as required Client and stakeholder liaison to obtain relevant files etc Answering ad-hoc client queries Overall end-to-end responsibility for the running of projects Manage Project Coordinator and other staff to fulfil responsibilities, including appraisals etc Responsibility for the maintenance of asset lists Maintain a register of all live projects Manage a team of Stock Condition Surveyors Benefits of the Asset Surveyor: Company car or allowance Pension Scheme Christmas Bonus Scheme High potential of growth within the company due to a buy out Relevant experience needed for the Asset Surveyor: Social housing experience Project managing experience If this is something you are interested in, please feel free to reach out to me on 07488 866705 or email me on ADZN1_UKTJ
