Project Manager Role: They are seeking an enthusiastic MRICS Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects through all stages, from feasibility to completion. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to both public and private sector requirements. Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Real Estate Management, or a related field (2:1 or above). MRICS or MCIOB accreditation preferred. Background in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering. Experience in Leisure, Commercial, Industrial and Further Education sectors. Proven ability to handle larger-scale projects and deliver exceptional results. Previous consultancy experience in the UK is essential. Location: The role will suit someone who lives South of Birmingham, London or the South East, due to the location of their projects and you will need to complete site visits.
