Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor S alary : £50,000 Location : Birmingham Contract : Permanent Benefits Hybrid working Birthday leave Biannual pay reviews Health plan Flexible working hours Pension and salary sacrifice About the Role Prepare contract arrangements, budget estimates and tendering procedures Examining tenders received and reporting thereon or negotiating prices Day to day management and execution of project work. Attending various project/technical meetings and the taking, preparation an distribution of Minutes. Preparing recommendations for interim payments, prepare regular assessments of anticipated final cost and reporting thereon; measure work and adjusting variation in accordance with the terms of the contract and prepare final account, pricing same and agreeing totals with the Contractor. About you Member of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (MIRICS or MCIOB) 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
