Quantity / Senior Surveyor - Social Housing Wessex Up to £55K Car Allowance Bonus TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in Wessex who are now actively recruiting a Senior / Quantity Surveyor. You will have experience leading a Team of Surveyors. Responsibilities: Manage the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their requirements. Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity / Senior Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Experience working within social housing on planned work/kitchens and bathroom projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
