An interiors contractor with an impressive track record in the fit out and refurbishment market is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in CAT A & CAT B fit out & refurbishment projects within the High End Residential market. About the client: Over 20 years industry experience Award-winning business that carry out projects ranging from £100k to £5m in London and surrounding counties. Reputable brand with a solid client base About the Role: You as the Site Manager would be responsible for delivering a £(Apply online only) refurbishment project as a start. The project is due to start middle of October and will run for 6 months. After that there are other projects in Southeast London, Kent and Sussex areas that will require your attention as well. About the Candidate: Previous experience delivering projects in the High End Residential sector. Ideally have a building or carpentry background SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, & CSCS certificatesPoints of Appeal: Full project pipeline Growth and development opportunities
