Live Role: Quantity Surveyor A well-established main contractor, with over 80 years of experience, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team near the M11 Junction (Essex/Herts). The role offers a great package and opportunities for progression. Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Car Allowance: 10% of salary Bonus: Lucrative bonus structure, achieved annually (sometimes twice) Holidays: 25 days holiday Bank Holidays extra days off over Christmas Projects: Education, commercial, public buildings, and social housing refurbishments Location: Predominantly office-based (4 days/week) with 1 site visit per week Workload: A mix of SOR, JCT, NEC contracts, valuations, traditional sector projects Experience Required: Previous experience overseeing a variety of main contracting projects Strong understanding of cash flows and CVRs Proactive and IT literate Company Overview: Medium-sized contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across general sectors This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking career growth in a stable and rewarding environment
