Project Manager - Commercial and Industrial Location: Midlands Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE Bonuses, Car Allowance, Pension We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage commercial and industrial projects across the Midlands. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager : Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project. Ensure projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including CDM 2015. Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project budgets, manage risks, and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for all project-related communications and milestones. What Were Looking For : Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial or industrial sector. Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills. A solid understanding of project management principles and relevant industry regulations. Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or APM are desirable. Why Join Us?
