We are actively skilled and motivated Fire Survey Manager a housing contractor based in the Bedfordshire area on a permanent basis. As the Fire Survey Manager, you will: Carrying out FRAs on all types of premises, including high-risk buildings Quality checking the fire risk assessments completing by the team Providing feedback following the audits back to the fire risk assessment team Developing and implementing FRA audit review programmes Leading the quality assurance investigations and delivering the resolutions Fire Survey Manager Qualifications / Experience: Experience with working within high-risk buildings Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety Knowledge of standards (e.g., BAFE SP205) IFSM or IFE Fire Safety professional qualifications As the Fire Survey Manager , you will receive: £60000 Mileage contribution Pension scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Generous annual leave package plus bank holidays If this sounds like you and you would like to apply for the Fire Survey Manager position call Alex on (phone number removed) or send your updated CV to alex.millard (url removed)
