Immediate Freelance Site Manager Requirement - Wirral A reputable construction group is urgently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to manage the fit-out of a new build project in Wirral. The project consists of a 5-storey steel frame building with 50 apartments and ground-floor retail space. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the fit-out phase of the project. Supervise an assistant site manager and work closely with subcontractors. Report to a visiting Contracts Manager. Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.Requirements: Experience in managing fit-out projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications. Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations.
