As an Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to work with a Project Director to successfully manage and deliver successful projects. Within the role of a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible but not limited to the follow tasks; • Manage and Overlook Commercial Projects (Development, Logistics, etc) • Establish lines of communication and reporting procedures with the client and within the design team • Arrange feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation etc , and recommendations of payments by client, • Interview contractors for tendering or negotiation - Evaluate tenders received and appoint contractor • Inspect and monitor the construction works with regard to quality and conformity to agreed specifications and drawings Requirements: • Professional Qualified - ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree • Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business • Experience conducting work on Commercial, Education or Healthcare properties Benefits: Salary £80k 27 Holiday allowance, plus bank holidays Pension Scheme Hybrid Position Any questions or queries regarding Project Management, please get in contact with Tom Bagnara from PuroBuild.
