Project or package values range from £100k to £10 million. Head office is based in London and projects are predominately within the M25 from. Don’t panic though, people are allocated to projects based on their locations. They’re specialists in all aspects of Brickwork, Blockwork, Stone Cladding and Scaffolding catering to multiple industry sectors including Super prime Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Aviation, working for some the industry’s largest construction organisations including Mace, Multiplex and Wilmott Dixon. Established for over 30 years, this company have managed to maintain a family feel environment and are recognised as an industry leader within the field. Requirements: Just like every business this contractor does look for a certain type of person. You’ll need proven 2-3years (minimum) experience working as a Project Manager for a rival Brickwork Contractor and from time served NVQ graded trade background. SMSTS or SSSTS, Relevant and CSCS Card. You’ll need to be a team player that can plan, control and execute works to complete projects on time, meeting their clients expectations. So, all in all, you need to be a specialist that is confident, capable and committed. Sound like you?
