QUANTITY SURVEYOR – LONDON Client Our client is a newly-established contractor, working on mixture of projects including large new build residential, refurbishment and commercial fit out in and around Central London. Job Summary: Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple projects in Central London. Reporting into the Company Directors. Role / Responsibilities Previous experience working as a Lead Quantity Surveyor Managing the day-to-day work on site from pre-construction through to completion. Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements and budgets The ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: An industry applicable degree qualification. Proven track record within a similar sector. Individual: Experience working on a mixture of different projects. Able to work as part of a team. Previous UK Construction experience is preferred. Ability to manage an onsite commercial team Strong work ethic An excellent communicator.
