Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Oxfordshire For this Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor position, you will have strong knowledge of commercial, retail industrial, education and high-end residential projects. Being an established regional contractor in Oxfordshire this company has a strong range of clients in various sectors and cover both new build, refurbishment and restoration projects so they require a Quantity Surveyor with suited knowledge. Having seen some gradual, significant growth over the last 18months and with a full order book they need an additional Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work within their team reporting to a Commercial Manager. If you have over 5yrs experience and have a range of projects completed for recognised main contractors, and can operate and be largely based in Oxford and surrounding counties this could be a great opportunity.
