ROLE Construction Freelance Site Manager LOCATION Brighton, Sussex BN2 START January Start DURATION 4 Months RATE £240 - £270 This job for a freelance Site Manager takes responsibility for a commercial fit out and refurbishment project local to Brighton. You will need to be driven & capable of running and delivering the project on time as a stand-alone Site Manager, managing all site activity, maintaining high levels of health & safety and delivering a high quality of workmanship in line with the company standards and client's expectations. Key skills and experience required: CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
