From iconic new BREEAM Excellent school facilities, to sensitive refurbishments of Grade I listed buildings winning Heritage Trust Awards, our Client has for decades gained a reputation for very high level of customer satisfaction. Currently seeking a Snr QS and Project QS for either their Construction Division, which delivers D&B contracts and Traditional contracts with CDPs valued between £1m to £13m, or their Special Works Division delivering smaller projects ranging in value from £20k up to £1m. This division caters for all types of work and particularly specialises in fast-track, complex, multi-phased works that requires careful logistical planning.
