Quantity Surveyor – A great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading organisation in the Leeds area. The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a successful team in an ambitious and growing workforce, working on multi-disciplinary and purposeful engineering projects. The opportunity would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience working in the civil engineering or construction industry. The successful Quantity Surveyor will likely have the following qualifications and experience. Person Profile Experience working at the Quantity Surveyor level in a construction related area Keen attention to detail Work well independently as well as in a team environment. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers whilst maintaining assertiveness. Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of both NEC and JCT forms of contract would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent time management. In return the successful Quantity Surveyor will receive a competitive base salary and benefits package and work on exciting and purposeful projects.
