We are looking for a main contractor’s Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £110m, six block, residential development in Hayes, West London. Reporting directly to the commercial lead, the role would best suit a confident Surveyor with 10-15 years’ post graduate experience who is looking for a career opportunity by exhibiting their commercial acumen, undertaking proper nuts and bolts surveying as opposed to rote form filling. The opportunity; Recognition for the successful financial outcome of agreeing large subcontract accounts from a profitable main contractor with a very healthy pipeline of £50m new build projects. A fast-paced, team-focused working environment. A very competitive remuneration package. Candidate essentials; A Degree in Quantity Surveying. Project experience gained with main contractors on landmark, residential-led, city centre regenerations. A track record of successfully agreeing substantial subcontract accounts including groundworks and RC frames. Employment commencement is projected for October and interviews are available from w/c 9th September. Salary; £80k to £100k package
