We are looking for a main contractor's Quantity Surveyor on the behalf of the Central London-based, £300m pa turnover UK office of a Dublin-headquartered, family-owned construction group. The role has been brought about by continued success in the residential-led, city centre regeneration sector and will see the successful candidate report to a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor on one of their current £50m - £150m mid to high rise projects. The opportunity; Working on profit-making major projects with an expanding, profitable builder. A healthy forward pipeline of similar BTL, affordable and social housing major projects. Head office-based, (Finsbury Park), projects all within Greater London Home Counties. Candidate essentials; A degree in Quantity Surveying. Experience of £50m new build residential schemes. A history of agreeing subcontract accounts worth £10m. A stable career record of salaried employment with UK main contractors. Employment commencement is projected for October and interviews are available from w/c 9th September. Salary; £70k to £90k package
