Description

Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor working on a variety of high end residential fit out and cut & carve projects in central London. Working alongside a Senior QS, you'll see yourself working on projects up to the value of £10m. Anything from the high end fit out of an appartment in Prime London; heavy structural alterations to a commercial building and the fit out of office spaces; to the retention of a buildings facade, demo of existing structure and re-build. Working out of the office in West London when required, visiting sites in the centre the rest of the time. Previous experience working on fit out projects and/or structural, cut & carve projects is beneficial.
