Description

We require a Site Manager for a new build housing project in Wishaw. You must hold a valid SMSTS and First Aid certificate and preferably come from a Trade background. The job starts January next year and you will initially start through our Agency and go full time after a 12 week period. You will be overseeing the site from foundation civils stage, plot works, timber kit, roofing and internal 1st & 2nd fix to completion hand over stage. Looking after all the Trade sub contractors as the build continues. Salary is £55k with a £5k car allowance. Please call David on (phone number removed)
