Salary & Package: Offering up to £75,000 depending on experience Car Allowance/ Company Car Benefits Package Opportunity to progress and develop career Responsibilities: Managing the planning, coordination and financial details of construction projects from conception to completion. Managing the building contracts including the compliance of contract terms and conditions, preparing and issuing contract notices for payment, delays and instructions. Oversee the performance of projects to ensure they are completed to the correct specification, programme on time and within budget. Vetting and appointing contractors and suppliers.
