Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts. You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the refurbishment sector, with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost management and construction contracts. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams are essential.
