Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: North London Package: £60,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and package Skilled Careers are working with a leading Brickwork Subcontractor who are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience in Brickwork to join the team. You would be working on a variety of different projects across London, and this is a position that will lead into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position in the near future. Duties: Preparation of bills of quantities, tender documentation, and contract documents. Measurement and valuation of works including cost analysis and cost planning. Contract administration, including variations, claims, and negotiations. Evaluation of tender submissions and preparation of tender reports. Preparation of budget estimates and cost plans. Assistance with the preparation and submission of progress payment applications. Requirements A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (desired). Experience working for a Brickwork Contractor (highly desired). Strong analytical and numerical skills. What is in it for you? £60,000 - £75,000 per annum. Car Allowance. Bonus.
