Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor – West London Are you a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make an impact on landmark projects in Central London? A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most ambitious residential projects in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This £200m Residential superstructure comprises 462 apartments across seven new blocks, including a 33-storey tower, making it one of the tallest buildings in the area. The Senior Quantity Surveyors Project: • The blocks are built atop an existing multi-storey car park, requiring significant strengthening and alteration works, all while the car park remains operational. • The project includes residential units, commercial and retail spaces, and extensive public realm improvements. Skills & Experience Required for the Senior Quantity Surveyor: • BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and ideally RICS Chartered membership (or actively working toward it). • Strong knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (JCT), Standard Methods of Measurement, Building Regulations, and NHBC Standards. • Demonstrated experience running large-scale RC Frame residential projects for Tier 1 Main Contractors (no Developer backgrounds). • UK or Irish construction experience is essential.
